Santa Fe Drinking Chocolate Workshop SINGLE
October 22 -25, 2026
Santa Fe Drinking Chocolate Workshop
Escape to the calm of Hacienda Doña de Andrea in the mountains of Santa Fe for a relaxed, welcoming long-weekend workshop crafted for anyone who loves chocolate. Whether you’re just beginning to explore and a food enthusiast or you work with chocolate every day, this workshop is for the single traveller, couple, friends, or colleagues. Over three days, you’ll learn how to make drinking chocolate, taste and savor a range of styles, and trace chocolate’s history through lively cultural experiences that honor both traditional and contemporary practices.
Set high in the peaceful high desert, the hacienda provides a serene backdrop where you can slow down, ask questions, and soak up hands-on knowledge at an easy pace. Meals are lovingly prepared by a registered dietitian and nutritionist: plant-based, gluten-free, and delicious, they’ll keep your energy light and sustained as you explore flavors and techniques.
Come for the chocolate, leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and warm memories of shared moments in a beautiful, inviting place.
Space is limited, by design. Small enough that everyone gets to connect, with plenty of room to retreat and recharge on your own when you need it
PLEASE NOTE: If you’d like to bring a partner, friend, or colleague to share your room, they must register under SHARED ROOM.
Payment plans can be made through KLARNA at checkout.
