I will help you to reinvigorate and recharge your flavor inclusions and infusions with my unique system, designed to encourage you to tap into the creative person already inside. You will have never-ending flavor ideas and the confidence to expand your chocolate offerings.
As a former private chef and developer of the Les Arômes du Chocolat, the first olfactory training tool for chocolate, I will share what I have learned from years of experience.
